Honor 80 Series getting MagicOS 7.0.0.193

Honor is rolling out a MagicOS 7.0.0.193 software update for Honor 80 series in China. This update brings May 2023 security for the lineup along with system stability improvements.

According to the changelog, Honor is forcing this rollout on four models and all of them can download the latest MagicOS 7.0.0.193 build version. For details check the version below.

• Honor 80 is required to upgrade 7.0.0.106(SP2), 108, 113, 126, 128, 139, 158, 169, 178, 179 and 191.
• Honor 80 Pro required 7.0.0.106(SP6), 108, 113, 126, 128, 136, 152, 159, 169, 178, 179SP6, and 191.
• Honor 80 Pro requires MagicOS 7.0.0.113, 116, 128, 138, 158, 169, 178, 179, 191.
• Honor 80 Pro with model build version 7.0.0.138, 159, 169, 179, and 191 are required first.

Performance upgrade:

The update changelog contains doesn’t reflect anything else than system stability improvements and May 2023 security patch for better system security. However, there may be some real-time changes that you might experience during the interactions.

Also, MagicOS 7.0.0.193 for Honor 80 series comes in batches, and may take some to upgrade all of the models.
