Honor 30 Youth Edition 5G with 90Hz display goes official, starts at 1699 yuan ($240)
Today Honor launched a new Youth-series device – Honor 30 Youth Edition in China. This new phone comes with MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset with NSA/SA dual-mode 5G support, side fingerprint, and a waterdrop notch display.
A 6.5-inch full-view IPS LCD display is featured on Honor 30 Youth Edition with FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400), 91.2% screens to body ration, and 90Hz display for smoother animation and graphics performance as well as 180Hz touch sampling for faster touch response.
Honor 30 Youth Edition 5G equips a triple rear camera system consisting of a 48MP (f/1.8) main camera + an 8MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide angle + a 2MP (f/2.4) macro camera. On the front side, it has a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera.
It packs a 4000mAh battery that recharges with a 22.5W fast charging. The phone runs Magic UI 3.1 (Android 10) with the latest features on board. On the other hand, this new 5G phone measures at 160 × 75.32 × 8.35 (mm) and weighs 192g.
Honor 30 Youth Editon is avaialble for pre-order from July 2 and the first sale is slated for July 8 in China.
