Honor 200 Smart may soon launch in Western Europe
A new leak says that Honor could soon launch a new 200 Smart device in Western Europe. This phone will likely release as the rebranded version of the Play 60+ handset. Although the Chinese tech giant has yet to confirm this information.
Tipster @rquandt notes that Honor plans to unveil Play 60+ in Western Europe but with a new name – Honor 200 S (Smart). The rebranded version could be similar to Play 60+ in design. Yet there could be some changes in internal parameters.
Honor 200S seemingly refers to 200 Smart. The device recently launched on the global stage with a durable battery, unlocking extra power and new features.
The phone is available for sale in the UK. Although the company is now planning to expand the reach of the budget-friendly phone to more regions. Currently, it shows a “Notify me” tab on the official sites, hinting at its imminent launch.
For reference, the tipster also shared the image of the device which is quite identical to the 200 Smart. It shows a plain back panel with a slight texture and “Honor” branding. It has a squarish-camera frame with four openings. One of these is a flash.
The front face has a single punch-hole design with curvy edges all around as well as thin edges. The sides show volume rockers and a power button while the screen remains flat. Let’s see if the company makes any internal changes to this device.

Honor Play 60+
Play 60+ smartphone launched in June this year. The device is available in the home ground in three shades: Fairy Green, Magic Night Black, and Moon Shadow White. Now the device could launch in overseas markets with a new name.
The device has a 6.77-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1610 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It equips Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset paired with Adreno 613 GPU, 12GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB internal storage. Note that the display capabilities differ slightly from the Smart edition.
Further specs include a dual-camera system with a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. The front part holds a 5MP selfie lens with certain shooting modes. The device has a non-removable 6000mAh battery with 35W wired charging support.
