Recently, TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo made a forecast in which he said that the launch date of Hongmeng matches perfectly with Mate 30 series launch but won’t come with this phone series, because this OS is initially not ready to support the system environment for high-end users outside China.
Therefore, the company is planning to install it on the low-end devices and will make gradual improvements over time and to shift it to the flagship phones.
“Huawei phones featuring Hongmeng OS are mainly centered to Central and Eastern Europe and emerging markets”, said the Kuo.
There is no further information revealed by the analyst but by chasing Huawei’s recent activities, the company is already in preparation to launch this OS, as it has filed the trademark application for Hongmeng around major countries.
