HarmonyOS Intelligent Driving delivered 33699 smart cars in August 2024
HarmonyOS Intelligent Driving Unit has released its analysis on the shipment of smart cars for August 2024. The information reveals that the company delivered around 33699 electric vehicles last month. Though the figure is less than that of July.
The Chinese tech giant continues to expand its automotive solutions business in the native region. It is joining forces with Chinese car makers, helping them to build powerful and high-end EVs equipped with advanced smart car solutions.
In the latest edition, Huawei HarmonyOS Intelligent Driving Unit shared the report of August 2024 smart cars delivery with a figure of 33699 units.
Among these units, 15386 shipped models belong to the AITO M9. The SUV ranked first in the luxury car category (priced above 500000 yuan. The model has already crossed 60000 orders in 86 days and continues to remain a focal point for consumers.
The next car on the list is AITO M7. Over 10000 units of the M7 SUV have been shipped last month. It grabbed the first spot in the new force model sales.

With the latest listing, HarmonyOS Intelligent Driving has shipped a total of 272136 smart cars from January to August 2024. However this time, the monthly sales figure is less than July’s report.
According to the previous details, HarmonyOS-powered cars delivered 44090 units in July 2024. The highest contribution was made by the AITO M9 SUV – thanks to its dynamic features, luxurious design, and advanced solutions.
Huawei is ready to unveil new smart car products this month. Products like a new M9 model and Luxeed R7 are on the way and could increase HarmonyOS-backed car delivery to a greater extent.
