OTA release for developer beta:
Developers in China can sign up for the developer-only beta activity in order to receive the Beta software update. However, the beta application review may take a few days in order to get the new beta build via the OTA update method.
Also, the beta update may not contain any major changes in the UI or represent them in the initial software version. Therefore, we may have to wait for the public beta testing of HarmonyOS 4.0. According to the past testing schedule, Huawei may take up to 3 months in order to conduct a public beta and 2 months at a minimum.
Currently, Huawei has not revealed the features of this new software but we remained optimistic about the upcoming additions of HarmonyOS 4.0. We’re waiting for more information about the release and details and will keep you posted.
