Coming to the conclusion, Huawei HarmonyOS 2 boots quicker than OnePlus OxygenOS 11 but defeat time just a second, which is very less.

In terms of timing, the HarmonyOS 2.0 took 23 seconds, while the OnePlus smartphone with OxygenOS 11 consumed 24 seconds. The boot speed test result is very close but in favor of HarmonyOS 2.
