HarmonyOS 2.0 update released for Huawei Smart Screen V and S series

As of now, Huawei already has three existing Smart Screen from low-end to high-end, which consisted of V-series, S-series, and X-series powered by HarmonyOS and provides an amazing watching experience.

However, Huawei is still working to increase its presence in the field of big-size display products through Smart TV, Monitor, and more products from the Smart Screen category.

According to the information, Huawei has started to roll out a new software update for models of Smart Screen V and S-series. This update brings the new HarmonyOS build with features and optimizations for the system that enhances the user’s experience.

Points to know:

• The update is rolling out in batches so it may take some time/days to reach your device.
• Please make sure that your smart screen must be a device officially shipped for commercial use (excluding informal purchase channels).

Update instruction:

Manually Update:

• Open the wisdom screen
• In the Home, menu select All Applications
• Tap on Settings
• Tap on System
• Go to Software update
• Download and Install

Automatic Update:

• Open the wisdom screen
• In the Home, menu select All Applications
• Tap on Settings 
• Tap on System
• Turn on the Automatic update switch
