EMUI 9.1 with GPU Turbo 3.0 and EROFS super file system now available to these 5 Huawei and Honor phones

Huawei has confirmed that it is starting to roll out the EMUI 9.1 update to various smartphones all over the world. It is now available for 5 more smartphones. It brings GPU Turbo 3.0, EROFS super file system and many important features.

The EMUI 9.1 update is based on the Android 9 Pie and brings many improvements to the smartphones. You can check all the features of the EMUI 9.1 here.

Recently, Huawei confirmed it has started the rollout for the following smartphones:

  • Huawei Nova 4
  • Huawei Nova 3i
  • Huawei Maimang 7 (aka Mate 20 Lite)
  • Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus
  • Honor 8X

We suggest you check for the update via HiCare application.

Note: This update is currently available for the Chinese variants but it can reach to global units anytime. We have information that the update will be available to all of the above-listed smartphones by next month [Maximum]. Sometimes it takes time to reach every smartphone – you can wait or you can reach to HiCare application for the latest software update.
