EMUI 10 starts to rollout for Honor 20 Lite and Honor 10i

Launched alongside Honor 20 and 20 Pro, the lite version of these phones – Honor 20 lite is now getting upgraded to EMUI 10 and its rebranded version Honor 10i in the middle is up for the latest version of EMUI.

The EMUI 10 is built on top of Android 10 and brings new changes in the UX design including Magazine Style UI layout, Morandi Colors, Dark Mode, Golden Icons, New Animations, Improved privacy features.

Versions:

The EMUI 10 for Honor 20 lite comes with EMUI version 10.0.0.169 and an update package of 3.42GB. The Honor 10i receiving EMUI version 10.0.0.155 with 3.37GB size.

Note: The EMUI version and update size may be different depending countries.

How to update:

Via Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on ‘System’
3. Click on ‘Software update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare:

1. Open HiCare app
2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
3. Click on ‘Update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’
