EMUI 10 rollout starts in Australia, carrier locked phones in February
EMUI 10 is a real topic of discussion among users in different countries and Australia is no exception because Huawei is taking a leap through and made EMUI 10 available for Huawei P30, Mate 20 series, and Nova 5T in the country.
According to the information, Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro and Nova 5T (non-carrier) phones are getting EMUI 10 through HiCare app.
The updates for devices under network carriers will start to roll out from February. However, it may start earlier than the selected timeline.
Users of the above-mentioned phones can check for EMUI update via the instructions below.
Via HiCare:
- Open HiCare app
- Click on ‘Services’ tab
- Click on ‘Update’
- Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
- Click on ‘Download and install’
The EMUI 10 brings new features and changes in user interface including the dark mode, magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and more.
