EMUI 10.1 public beta recruitment starts for Huawei Mate 20 series [CN Models]

Huawei has begun recruiting Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS Porsche Design, Mate 20 X 4G, Mate 20 X 5G users for EMUI 10.1 public beta testing in China.

Under this public beta activity, new users will get a chance to explore the EMUI 10.1 along with internal beta testers before stable releases.

EMUI 10.1 brings MeeTime communication feature, Multi-screen collaboration, Huawei share, OneHope sharing, Cast+ wireless projection, Sound booster, new gallery feature, Celia voice assistant, new AOD theme, multi-window mode and more.

Models adopted for EMUI 10.1 public beta.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro:

Requirements:

Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X 4G, and Mate 20 X 5G required to be updated on the same EMUI version 10.0.0.200 to receive the EMUI 10.1.

Users can check their build version by going into Settings > System.

Tip: Before upgrading to the beta version, we recommend users to back up important data to avoid any data loss.
