Back in November, Huawei sent the EMUI 10 build to all of the carriers and since every individual Mobile operator has their own process of testing the software update, the time for rollout may also be different.
This means EE is the one that taking time to test and release the EMUI 10 to devices. On the other hand, Huawei P30 smartphones on EE still haven’t got anything.
“EMUI 10 has been released, it has been sent to all carrier networks who then distribute out the updates. It may take some time to get to yourself but you will get this update for your phone.” Huawei UK
