Copycat Huawei Mate 50 is selling at the cheapest

Huawei Mate 60 series is quite popular in China but a recent revelation shows that a copycat of Huawei Mate 50 series has xeroxed the entire real device with robust precision.

Tipster WangzhaiKnows shared a photograph of a copycat smartphone maker, which molded the Huawei Mate 50 rear design and produced a new Mate 50-like device. It even uses a curved screen on the front.

Interestingly, the phone is selling only for a few hundred yuan compared to 4000 yuan worth original Huawei Mate 50 device.

Released last year, the Huawei Mate 50 series paved a direct route for this year’s Mate 60 lineup. For example, the Huawei Mate 50 series uses Kunlun glass to protect the screen, while the Huawei Mate 60 series has second-generation Kunlun glass.

Huawei Mate 50 series launched the satellite messaging feature and it is one of the first smartphone products in the world to support such capability. On the other hand, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro equips Satellite Messaging along with satellite call features, making it the world’s first smartphone to support satellite calls.

Such copycat product is produced locally in the market and there’s no online information available about the device.
