China smartphone market showing signs of recovery, thanks to Huawei Mate 60

IDC research organization shared a new report depicting that the smartphone market in China is likely to spring back in Q4 2023. It has already begun to show recovery signs and will continue to possess improvements in the next year.
Adding more, the report says that China could ship over 287 million devices in 2024 which will result in a 3.6% YoY increase. On the flip side, this action will enhance the macroeconomy and users’ interest in better smartphones.
Focusing on hot demands, customers are mainly looking for devices with more storage. This has immensely raised competition among Chinese phone makers. Hence, next year will welcome more innovative products with eye-catching features.

Over the past few years, the China smartphone market has seen a significant decline due to fragile consumer demand and COVID factors, yet Huawei Mate 60 equipped with an advanced 5g chipset, managed to obtain attention with its impressive features and high-end technologies.
Meanwhile, Huawei continued grand promotions and offers for its users during the festive season which helped boost the smartphone market growth. Together, these actions may lead to the growth of smartphone shipments in China in Q4 2023.
Accordingly, a new report shows that Huawei has scored first place in the Chinese smartphone market with an 18.1% market share. Next comes Xiaomi with a 16.3%. Finally, Apple lies in the third position with a 15.8% market share.
