Huawei is sending a new security update for Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone. This update mainly installs the security patch released in December 2020 that helps your device to fight against the threats as well as optimizations for call and display.

Last week, Huawei kicked off the system parameter update for Mate 40 Pro, which brings support for default NSA+SA dual 5G mode without manual setting through the developer mode.

Besides this, January 2021 security patch is rolling out for old Huawei devices. But, some flagship smartphones are still receiving or yet to receive the December 2020 security update.
