BYD will launch a new car with Huawei’s HiCar Solution

BYD will unveil its new car on August 29 at the Chengdu Auto Show 2021. This vehicle will come with a new DiLink system that integrates 5G interconnection technology and the Huawei HiCar solution.

Huawei HiCar is the smart solution for the new generation of smart vehicles which can be used after connecting smartphones to the car. It assists the car owners and lets them experience richer ecological content including navigation, music, smart home, audiobooks, and driving carefully.

The HiCar can assist you in every way possible to make your ride fun and entertaining at the same time helping with navigation. This feature increases the productivity of BYD’s DiLink, which is limited to in-car Bluetooth phones, radios, driving recorders, and some third-party apps.

BYD included the Huawei HiCar function in its vehicles with the OTA upgrade that was released a few months ago. And this feature will now be available on the upcoming cars, including the new model that will be released on August 29.

The HiCar solution is integrated with the DiLink system of BYD’s smart cars. The DiLink system is expected to bring a better user experience in terms of human-computer interaction capabilities, in-vehicle media streaming and data transmission capabilities, and the Internet of Everything.

The DiLink system along with Huawei HiCar will make BYD’s smart cars even smarter. The new DiLink system is expected to bring powerful and easy-to-use functions to the Haxin models.

Huawei signed a strategic cooperation with Nehza automobile

Huawei has officially announced its cooperation with the Nehza automobile for smart cars. This is the first agreement between both of these companies. Using the IoT, cloud computing, and big data technologies, these companies will build a compact sedan that will be launched next year. Read more here
