Breaking: Honor 9X series makes its global debut, check specifications and pricing
October 24, Honor Russia held a public event and unveiled the Honor 9X series for the Russian consumers, and this event counts as the first overseas launching of Honor 9X smartphones outside of the Chinese market.
Honor 9X series comprises two models – Honor 9X and Honor 9X premium, which is a renamed version of Honor 9X Pro. Let’s look at the specs in a bit detail.
Specifications:
Honor 9X and 9X Premium sports the same 6.59-inch FullView display with FHD+ resolution (2340 X 1080), Both phones are powered by Kirin 710F Octa-core processor and not the Kirin 810.
Honor 9X comes with a dual rear camera consisting a 48MP (f/1.8) main camera + 2MP (f/2.4) depth camera. Honor 9X has triple rear camera consisting a 48MP (f/1.8) main + 8MP (f/2.4) super wide-angle + 2MP (f/2.4) depth camera. While both phones features a 16MP (f/2.2) selfie camera.
Both of these phones are equipped with 4000mAh batteries and runs EMUI 9.1 (Android 9) with Google Mobile Services (GMS) and Google apps pre-installed.
Other features of these smartphones include a physical fingerprint scanner, GPU Turbo 3.0, supports 512GB memory expansion, NFC (only for 9X Premium) and more.
Honor 9X and 9X Premium come in two color options of Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue.
Price and Availability:
Honor 9X with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at 16,990 RUB (265 USD, 205 GBP, 1880 CNY).
Honor 9X Premium with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at 18,990 RUB (297 USD, 230 GBP, 2100 CNY).
Pre-order for these smartphones will begin on October 25 at 11:00 (Moscow time) and the first sale is scheduled for November 8 via Honor Russia and other major online and offline platforms.
