Breaking: HarmonyOS 3.0 beta begins
Today, Huawei has officially announced HarmonyOS 3.0 developer beta testing for public users. This opportunity will allow consumers to install and test HarmonyOS 3.0 on their devices and test the developer version of the software ahead of general public testing.

HarmonyOS 3.0 developer beta enhances JS/eTS language application development capabilities. At the same time, further, improve the ArkUI and ArkCompile functions. You can use the concise JS/eTS language to efficiently develop complex interface applications, and at the same time obtain the improvement of application startup speed.
Currently, the testing program is limited to the Chinese market and models. On the other hand, it’s unlikely to expand among global consumers for the moment. Huawei has opened this testing to take feedback from consumers and testers to improve the software and push it for the next testing phase.
HDC 2021:
Unveiled during Huawei Developer Conference 2021, HarmonyOS 3.0 focuses on the performance and efficiency of the task execution on the smartphone. Huawei confirmed that HarmonyOS 3.0 will further enhance the quality of the software and the company is working to boast feature such as Super Device to support a wide range of devices.
As of now, Huawei has not announced or revealed any graphical changes in the user interface of the software that will appear on smartphones or other supported devices but we’ll have to wait until the final software comes out.
HarmonyOS:
HarmonyOS is an operating system designed and developed by Huawei for smart devices. The project was later announced as open-source and donated to OpenAtom Foundation. Talking more on this matter, the OS was first adopted on smart TVs and then HarmonyOS 2.0 brought in a range of different platform support including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, smart home devices, IoT, and smart vehicles.
