Google is rolling out the all-new Android 15 Beta 4.2 update for the Pixel devices with several camera fixes. With the latest software version, the company has resolved a bunch of optical issues that were troubling users and ruining the camera experience.

Android 15 Beta 4.2 update is rolling out with the AP31.240617.015 build version. It weighs 59.01 Megabytes. However, the software size may vary depending on the Pixel model. It is better to keep sufficient storage and battery in your handset.

The company held the Pixel 9 series launch event yesterday. During the conference, many users expected the stable Android 15 upgrade. But Google brought another testing build. Yet, Pixel phone holders can look for the official version in next month.

Speaking of the update, the company listed various camera fixes in the Android 15 Beta 4.2. It has improved low frame rates, zooming, and the UI flickering. Users will also get rid of unexpected YouTube crashes while watching videos.

Apart from these fixes, the tech giant also added the August 2024 security patch in the changelog. The new update is out for Pixel 6, Pixel 7, Pixel 8 series, Fold, and Tablet models. It is gradually rolling and will soon reach all the eligible units.
