A new Huawei laptop spotted at ChinaJoy 2024, could be MateBook GT 14

It’s July 26, and the 21st ChinaJoy 2024 event has started showing new products and gadgets. Among several devices, a new alleged Huawei notebook has sneaked into this ChinaJoy 2024 exhibition and suspected to be the MateBook GT 14.

ChinaJoy 2024 event will be in action from July 26 to 29. It will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center and will unveil interesting games as well as digital products to consumers, developers, and other invitees at the conference.

On the first day of the ChinaJoy 2024 event, a new mysterious Huawei laptop appeared on the stage. The notebook has been spotted at a game booth. It also highlights a “GT” logo on the bottom plate as well as on the retail packaging box.

The device features a slim-trim and distinct design format over other Huawei notebooks. It shows a flat air outlet structure, probably for efficient heat dissipation.

Further details of the device include a glowing “Huawei” brand logo at the back. While most of the laptops have a pale, dark, or simple brand symbol, the new device shows a luminous effect on the brand naming, reflecting its uniqueness.

The device’s screen with a powerful character also implies that this may be a gaming notebook. Judging from these parameters, it seems the Huawei MateBook GT 14 has sneaked into the ChinaJoy 2024 event. Although there isn’t a confirmation yet.

GT signifies a device with strong performance. Huawei has several GT products on its shelves such as smartwatches and even monitors. But it would be the first time that the company will unveil a GT “gaming” notebook for its consumers with better upgrades.

It is unclear if the spotted laptop at the ChinaJoy 2024 is MateBook GT 14 or another product. Although Huawei might soon clear the mist on this matter the next month.
