Huawei P50 Pro getting June 2023 update in UK/Europe amid EMUI 13 rollout in Asia

Recently, EMUI 13 rollout started for the Huawei P50 Pro smartphone in Asia. But in the meantime, Huawei P50 Pro models in Europe and UK are now getting June 2023 security update.

According to the information, Huawei has released June 2023 EMUI security update for Huawei P50 Pro with firmware version 12.0.1.316. The package size is 388 megabytes. The firmware version and changelog confirm that it’s a monthly security patch.

The company is currently spending EMUI 13 in batches, there is some sense in putting precautions as a staged rollout. We’re aware that users want to get this update as soon as possible but it may take some time to cover all with EMUI 13.

We suggest all of the users check for new firmware via Settings and fetch it as soon as it appears.
