Honor 90 series to use Panda camera design
Honor 90 series is preparing to launch and a recent render shows that the phone may use a panda shape camera system. This is a unique new change in appearance as compared to the “Super 8” in the predecessor.
Tipster fixedfocus has shared a concept render of the upcoming Honor 90 and revealed that it could launch by the end of this month. This is quite an amazing input as we’re moving forward to the launch event if it’s not delayed.

Panda:
We frequently see Chinese phone makers going creative with the rear camera system and Honor is no exception to this concept. The Honor 90 portrayed in the render has a panda camera structure. Specifically, there’s a rectangular camera bump (vertical) that consists of two lenses on the top.
In the middle, there’s a large ring for the third lens. The bottom of the rectangular is filled with LED flash. If you notice, the aesthetics are quite similar to Huawei P60 Pro but rearranged and of cheap quality.
Another thing to mention is that the camera setup doesn’t contain a periscope camera. Coming to the front, the phone sports a pill shape camera cutout on the top-center position of the screen.
Fun:
People on Weibo are making fun of the alleged Honor 90 camera system by saying “Dad koala, son panda”. Yep, because Huawei P60 Pro is widely amazed by people all around the internet with its Koala camera aesthetics.
However, there should be new colors in order to deliver a better user experience for the consumers.
QAC Certificate:
Recently, Honor 90 also received China Quality Certification with model number REA-AN00. This is a 66W (11VDC, 6A) charging support. Also, the phone has 5G connectivity. For now, we can’t identify whether it’s a standard or the Pro version.
Past information suggests that Honor will focus on images and photographs. Also, the phone will use a new display and image engine to improve the camera user experience.
