There are also minor changes that have been made to the features side. It’s also found that this new HarmonyOS version is a big bug fix for the past upgrades.

Looking into this, HarmonyOS 3.1 beta 1 version added ArkTS cross-device interface development capabilities and low code development based on the preview version.
The recent developer beta adds a new ability framework, which provides better-staged development models for various task handling. It also contributes to the operation and management capabilities of the apps.
The New ArkUI framework enhances the user interface component and enhances the layout capabilities as well as other UI elements.
