Huawei launches 3D real world for Petal Maps
Today, Huawei has released 3D real-world map for Petal Maps, this new service will allow you to see the real-world rendering inside the map and experience it in real time.
Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Chengdong revealed that with 2,500 photos, Huawei can build an ultra-fine digital world of 5 square kilometers in just 30 minutes. Meanwhile, it restores the details of the building with centimeter-level refinement.
To be mentioned, the 3D real environment map can also achieve high-precision restoration of indoor real scenes.
Furthermore, Huawei also has its own “Hi-Mesh” layered network rendering acceleration technology to achieve real-time rendering of a super-large digital world, which can not only show real-time changes in sunlight, light, and shadow but also simulate weather effects such as rain and snow.
