Huawei Mate Xs 2 will upgrade with Satellite communication feature
Huawei Mate Xs 2 is an exceptional foldable phone that comes with a large folding display and an outward folding mechanism. On the other hand, Huawei has officially confirmed that the company will upgrade the Mate Xs 2 with a satellite communication feature.
As revealed by Huawei, the Mate Xs 2 foldable phone will support Beidou satellite communication and it’ll be announced during Huawei Developer Conference 2022 on November 5, 2022.
Huawei Mate 50 series:
Huawei introduced the satellite communication feature first with Mate 50 series. This technology has been widely appreciated as a breakthrough in the industry, as Apple has also launched such tech with iPhone 14 devices.
Satellite communication allows you to send SMS to a recipient via Satelite without requiring a mobile network. However, such a mechanism is still evolving and needs some time to mature.
A previous report reveals that Huawei is working to bring more features such as two-way communication to also receiving an SMS, and even short voice calls, in any case of emergency.
Huawei Mate Xs 2:
This foldable phone comes with a 7.8-inch main display that could be folded into a 6.5-inch phone. The phone comes with an OLED panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate to improve your touch user experience.
