HarmonyOS 2.0.0.140 firmware update rolling out for Huawei P10 series

Huawei is sending the latest 2.0.0.140 HarmonyOS software update for Huawei P10 series smartphones. This update brings various system fixes that are were encountered in the previous HM OS version.

According to the changelog, the Huawei P10 lineup update consisted of fixes for device unlocking, the problem of being unable to log in to the Huawei account. In addition to this, it also includes optimizations for the display effect of the contact interface.

That’s not it, for improved system security, it installs the latest security patch released in December 2021. It fixes 1 CVE in the framework, 2 CVEs in Kernel, 3 CVEs in the system, 3 CVEs in applications, and 62 CVEs in the third-party libraries.
