Huawei L420 notebook to launch at price of 3299 Yuan (515 USD)
Huawei’s upcoming notebook Huawei L420 has appeared on an e-commerce system – Xianyu at a price of 3299 Yuan, reported by Chinese media. Recently, it was also reported that Qingyun L420 will equip with a 5nm Kirin 9006C chipset.
Huawei Quingyun L420 features a 14-inch display with 2140 x 1440 resolution, 3:2 screen-body ratio, 8GB of LPDDR5 memory, along with 256/512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It measures 15.9 mm thick along with a weight of 1.45kg.

This forthcoming laptop with a 5nm Kirin 9006C processor with 8-core specification, maximum check up to 3.13GHz, and the graphics card is a Kirin integrated graphics card. The memory of this notebook is Hynix 8GB LPDDR4-4266 memory, the hard disk is Samsung 256GB, and the system is Kirin desktop operating system V10.
In terms of connectivity, it supports 160MHz WiFi 6 network connectivity. It also offers input-output ports for HDMI, min RJ45 network port, 2 USB-A slots, and a headset interface along with a full-featured USB C.

Back in May, Huawei launched its first-ever mobile chipset-powered laptop, Huawei Qingyun L410, which is very similar to Huawei MateBook 14 with replaced HiSilicon Kirin 990 chip instead of AMD or Intel processor.
Huawei Qingun L410 laptop sports 14-inch 2k resolution display, 8GB+512GB memory storage combination, and UOS 2.0 operating system. It
has a better keyboard with a hidden camera under the function key, there’s also a powerful fingerprint sensor above the power key. To be mentioned it also has s separate security chip for data protection.
More interestingly, Huawei will likely upgrade this laptop with HarmonyOS operating system in the future, once it supports the PC platform.
