Huawei Watch GT 2 global users are receiving system optimization firmware update
Huawei is rolling out a new firmware update for the global users of Watch GT 2. This software update comes with new system optimization that improves the overall user experience based on the enhancement. According to the information, this Huawei Watch GT 2 firmware update comes with version 1.0.13.26 and is rolling out gradually in Europe. If you own a Watch GT 2 smartwatch, then you should head towards the Huawei health app and try to upgrade your current version.
Huawei Watch GT 2 new Beta features:
On the other hand, Huawei is testing a bunch of new features in China for the Watch GT 2 series. Currently, the company has kept the feature under beta mode and is only available for a pool of limited testers.
The report reveals that these new software features will enhance the user experience in terms of Sports, Health, and accessibility of the Watch GT 2 series. Still, it’s not clear, whether Huawei is planning to send HarmonyOS for the Watch GT 2 and 2e at the moment.
Meanwhile, the testing of the new Watch GT 2 series features is underway and it’ll rollout for all users once the test activity concludes.
How to update Watch GT 2 series:
To update your Watch GT 2 firmware, please head towards your phone with the Huawei Health app. Find your connected device inside the app, tap on the device, select your Watch name and proceed toward the update section.

You need to maintain the distance between your smartwatch and the smartphone to make sure the optimum Bluetooth connectivity. On the other hand, me sure that the device is charged above 20 percent of battery life.
