WhatsApp users getting new chat bubbles on iOS

In early September, WhatsApp reported bringing new chat bubbles for the iOS platform, which was under development at that time. Now, the team has finally bought us a new layout with a more vivid look. The modified chat bubbles have a more curved shape, larger size, and a new color scheme for the dark and light themes. These changes are surely eye-catching with a more spacious look and appealing colors.

New Changes:

As I mentioned earlier, the chat bubbles have a rounder shape and extended area to make the text more visible. As for the color combination, they have a minor color upgrade that perfectly fits with a background theme. However, you can check the color below-

Old Colors

  • Light Chat Bubbles: #E1F6CA
  • Dark Chat Bubbles: #295F60

New Colors

  • Light Chat Bubbles: #E2FDD5
  • Dark Chat Bubbles: #204F46

Availability Status:

WhatsApp has started to roll out these new chat bubbles for users on iOS. WhatsApp Messenger beta 2.21.200.11 update is noted to be compatible with a new design. So, users can download it from the App Store or can match the latest version.

In case, you have downloaded the latest version and didn’t see the new layout, try to reboot your smartphone. Still, you don’t see new chat bubbles please wait until the next update.
