Ren Zhengfei, founder and CEO of Huawei has been discussing his company’s current difficulties on a lot of forums and interviews since 2019. The 76 years old Huawei leader has spotlight his company’s capability and the challenges posed by the U.S. sanctions.
Recently, the Huawei community China has published one of Ren’s recent speeches for the company’s employees. He said Huawei is in a time of strategic survival and development. The Chinese tech maker must further strengthen its mind and dare to attract the best talents around the globe.
Moreover, the founder reveals that Huawei wants to inspire for good and achieve good results. Therefore, it must have to actively embrace outstanding talents from different countries and races strengthen the acquisition and use the interdisciplinary talents to continue to innovate new technologies.
“In the past two years, we have increased the recruitment of overseas students. Now we must pay attention to the acquisition of high nose’ talents and give more budgets to overseas research institutes.” said Ren.
He also added that the company must have to find a way to get outstanding talents. He also gave an example of how people from other countries and working in the United States and Europe. Therefore, Huawei can also attract those talents and attract them to work in China at Huawei.
