On 24th August 2021, Huawei published a vehicle braking patent that explains a power recovery control method corresponding to the energy level of the battery. This patent reflects the company’s work to bring more convenience to smart vehicles.

As per the information, this Chinese tech filed a patent application on 20th April 2021, which has been approved this week. This new patent entitled “Vehicle Braking Method, Device and Electronic Equipment” has been published with the announcement number CN113302078A in China.

Patent Method:

By reading into it in-depth, we found that this process describes the first identifies the State of Charge (SoC) in the vehicle’s battery and then distinguishes whether to turn on the braking energy recovery or not. This method will drive more accurate decisions in terms of vehicle braking controls.
