Huawei Smart Screen V75 Super won Technical Innovation Award for its mini LED display
On July 29, Huawei launched its first-ever mini LED Smart TV called Smart Screen V75 Super. According to the latest information, this smart TV has won the UDE 2021 International Consumer Electronics Expo ‘Technical Innovation Award’ issues by the Chinese Electronics Video Industry Association.
This smart TV recognized by the International Consumer Electronics Fair uses more than 40,000 mini LED lamps for a better and immersive video experience. The screen is really comfortable to view as compared to the usual LCD display.
In comparison with the OLED displays, the mini LED screens provide greater control over local dimming, which makes a portion of the screen completely black in color. It is more power-efficient and has better contrast, better brightness, and accurate black levels.
Huawei Smart Screen V75 Super specifications
Launched at Huawei’s flagship product launch conference, the Smart Screen V75 Super is the company’s first mini LED display-equipped smart TV. It has a display size of around 75-inches with 97% DCI-P3 color gamut and around 46080 mini LEDs.
This smart TV is powered by Huawei’s self-developed HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system features such as multi-device collaboration features and much more. It is equipped with an Honghu chip and a Devialet sound system.
Display features in detail
Talking about the display specifically, for which this TV received the awards. the Smart Screen V75 Super is equipped with 46080 mini LED lamp beads which is just 1/120 of the traditional LED area.
Furthermore, the device comes with some high-end display features a 3000 nits brightness. It has Honghu Super mini LED precision matrix backlight solution and 2880 physical partitions.
The display supports HDR Vivid standards that use quantum dots QD technology covering 97% DCI color gamut. In terms of design, it has very thin bezels and a 24MP camera equipped on the top.
