PUBG Labs Futsal Mode is here, enjoy the in-game soccer with your squad

Same as the other laboratories, PUBG Labs are the places where the developer teams bring many experiments with unique skills and entirely new game scenarios. Following this, PUBG Labs Futsal Mode is all about dealing with soccer with a touch of battle.

With this mode, the player with the highest goal points can have the chance to impersonate the sensational player of the South Korean Premier League- Son Heung-Min. This new gameplay can be regarded as part of the PUBG x Son Heung-Min collaboration.

PUBG Labs Futsal Mode has a completely different weapon, combat field, and spawns. This arrangement provides the players to have their own character and positions in the squad. The PC and Console player can play it with a maximum squad of 4 players under clear weather. Furthermore, there will be no team damage in this theme.

Now, it’s time to dig for more information about the Futsal Mode-

Futsal Field:

The Futsal field has two zones- the buff zone and the penalty zone. Where the buff zone will give players a random buff type when they enter it and the penalty zone provides the shield.

Buff Zone:

Here the players receive a random buff such as spawns weapons automatically when they enter it. The players have to beware of the zone weapons and attack their enemies using the weapons and pave the way for victory. Below you can check offspring in the buff zone includes the following-

• Buff Area spawn intervals: 30 second
• HP: Gain 50 HP
• Movement Speed 1.2x movement speed increase for 15 seconds
• Weapon types: Frying Pan, Sickle, Machete, Crowbar, Sawed-Off + 12 Gauge x2

Note- At first the spawns will be obtained at a lower rate but it’s a surefire way to defeat your opponents

Penalty Zone:

The penalty zone replaced the need for a goalie as the provide shield can be used in defending the goals because it can cover the large areas. One player from each team can play the part of goalie via using the shield, which can be only used in the penalty zone.

1. Respawns: There will be a respawn effect of three sec, which incapacitates the player to move after his death for the time being.
2. The Shield: If the player with shield walks out of the penalty zone the shield fades and a new shield spawns in the zone.

Match Rules:

The match rules will be applicable in deciding the victory and resolving the tide. The details are mentioned below-

1. Victory Conditions: The team with the highest score will be the winner
2. Tide Score: An overtime span will be given, even after the situation won’t change, the winner will be the team with the most kills and MVP
3. Format: there will be two matches with a duration of five minutes, 3 minutes of overtime in case of a tie, and a preparation time of five seconds before the beginning

Timeline: 

The Futsal model can experience only for a specific time span corresponding to the different timelines. With the ending of the Son Min event, this new mode will be closed by the time.

• Pacific Daylight Time: August 2 at 0 AM
• Central European Summer Time: August 2 at 9 AM
• Korea Standard Time: August 2 at 4 PM

Remembering Notes-

1. The goal is achieved by moving towards the ball and make a contact with it
2. Faster movements will lead to a farther distance for the ball
3. The player can use scuffle attacks such as fist punch on their rival
4. There are no fouls for offsides, lineouts, handling, etc like the real match
5. If the winner is a male character, then he will adopt Son Heung Min’s face, hair, and uniforms
6. If the winner is a female character, then she will on;y adopt Son Heung Min’s uniform
7. The winner will achieve a full boost with an extra speed increase until the end of the match
8. The lab’s games don’t provide XP points, nor reflected on the career page.
