On June 2, Huawei revealed its latest premium smartwatch series – Huawei Watch 3 that comes with the HarmonyOS ecosystem as well as a new range of hardware capabilities to provide an enhanced user experience over its predecessors.
Now, let’s talk about the Huawei Watch 3 that features a new round shape dial with stainless steel watch frames, and the company added new e-SIM support and temperature sensor for the first to its smartwatch segment.

Huawei Watch 3 sports a 1.43-inch round shape AMOLED screen with 466 x 466p screen resolution, 46.2 x 46.2 x 12.15 mm dimensions, 326 PPI, 70% screen body ratio, 54g weight, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 450mAh battery, and powered by HarmonyOS 2.0.
In terms of design, this watch comes with a stainless frame with multiple strap options, Active Black Fluoroelastomer, Classic Brown Leather, Classic Gray Blue Nylon, and Elite Stainless Steel Strap.
On the other hand, Huawei for the first time included a high-precision temperature sensor that detects skin temperature. The watch also comes with several new features like handwashing detection and fall detection.
Users can also monitor their workout sessions, SpO2 blood oxygen detection, ECG, new coronary heart disease screen, and other important fitness tracking functions. It also brings several watch faces, innovative themes, and much more.
In addition, Huawei added new eSIM support to conduct calls, Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity, more than 100 workout modes, in-built GPS, Wi-Fi, 5ATM water resistance, better multi-collaboration features, as well as support more third-party apps.
