Huawei Watch GT 2, GT 2e, GT 2 Pro will receive HarmonyOS update, are you excited?

Huawei Watch GT series has proved itself as the crown jewels of the Chinese tech giant because it helped Huawei to achieve a global status in the smartwatch market and increased its market share.

But Huawei also took a deep interest to make this smartwatch segment better and reliable in terms of customer satisfaction. Therefore after the success of 2018’s Huawei Watch GT, the company unveiled its brand new watch lineup – Huawei Watch GT 2 with new variants and two wrist sizes of 46 and 42mm.

Following the Watch GT 2, Huawei also unveiled Watch GT 2e, which encompasses a trendy and sturdy smartwatch. It’s a complete package for sports activity and comes with various new health as well as fitness features.

Then comes the latest, Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro, in terms of design, Huawei has crafted the new luxurious design to make sure that its premium finishing catches every consumers’ eye at first sight.

Aside from the aesthetics, Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro has several features and one of them is the integration of ECG (Electrocardiography), which is a very useful health addition.

These smartwatches have their own place in Huawei’s achievements in the smartwatch world. But every technology evolves and succeeded by another because on June 2, Huawei will kick off a new smartwatch ecosystem that will be powered by HarmonyOS operating system.

At the event, Huawei will reveal its latest smartwatch series consisting of Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro models. These smartwatches will feature pre-installed HarmonyOS and other new exciting additions to the consumers.

But what about these existing smartwatches? Will Huawei forget about them?

The answer is, No! Absolutely not.

Because a report confirmed that Huawei Watch GT 2, GT 2e and GT 2 Pro smartwatches will also upgrade with HarmonyOS, which is a matter of joy. Still, the time and date of the upgrade process are not decided for both Chinese and global models.
