New Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 developer beta update comes with bug fixes for system, quick settings panel and more

Last week, Huawei released a new software build of HarmonyOS 2.0 dev beta 3 that comes with a new HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.101 and a software package size 893MB. According to the changelog, this software brings:

SYSTEM:

• The camera newly supports the service card function
• Optimize service card function
• Optimize the experience of using the control center

DISPLAY:

• Fix the problem of abnormal display of desktop icons in some scenes

• Optimize the system stability of some scenes

But that’s not it because Huawei kept improving HarmonyOS software system, and releasing a new version in the line of the software rollouts that have been received by the testers of the HarmonyOS developer beta open program.

This new software update of HarmonyOS developer open beta comes with HarmonyOS developer beta 3 versions of 2.0.0.107 and a massive software package size of 6.28GB for newly registered users. On other hand, the same update is rolling out for testers with around 700MB of the software package.

According to the changelog, the software update installs fixes for a number of bugs that affect the daily user experience. The update also fixes the display abnormalities and unresponsiveness of some apps’ interfaces and optimizes the system stability.

New Update for Huawei Mate X2:

There’s also the new patch that is now released for the foldable phone, Huawei Mate X2. According to the changelog, the software has a software build version of 2.0.0.105 and a package size of 5.23GB.
