Huawei has released HarmonyOS 2.0 mobile beta 3 for the first phase of open developer beta testing and for models including the flagship, Mate 30, P40, and MatePad Pro devices. On April 21, Huawei has started testing the second batch of devices consisted of Mate 40 series, Mate X2, and other 17 devices from different segments.

Recently, Huawei opened the second phase of HarmonyOS Developer open beta 3 for Huawei Nova 6, Nova 7, Nova 8, and MatePad 10.8-inch tablet. These devices are next in line to receive the OTA update.

Now, according to the latest information, Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone was captured running on HarmonyOS 2.0. In the video, it is observed that the performance of this phone very impressive with the latest ecosystem.

Additionally, Mate 40 Pro with HarmonyOS 2.0 responds faster and provides an improved as well as smoother multi-collaboration experience. Also, After upgrading to HarmonyOS, one important aspect shows the phone running Google applications that works properly without getting any effect on them.

On the other hand, Huawei’s President of CBG Software Department, Wang Chenglu, confirmed last week that the general Huawei smartphone users will be able to shift over HarmonyOS beginning with early in June. However, the company is working hard to conclude HarmonyOS 2.0 dev beta as soon as possible and open the internal beta for general consumers.
