WhatsApp beta version 2.21.9.1 under testing, brings redesign for Business accounts
WhatsApp is one of the popular free messages and calling applications. To maintain its position among the consumers, the developer team is testing new features via beta activity for further addition.
According to the latest news from Wabetainfo, WhatsApp has submitted another beta update to Google Play Beta Program with a new version 2.21.9.1. This time it arrives with a novelty for Business accounts.

WhatsApp developing team is working to redesign the chat shortcuts you see in “Business Info” in the profile of Business accounts.

In the present interface, the shortcuts for sending a new message, for a voice call, or for a video call to the company account number are appearing on the screen.
The redesigned interface looks like something different developers are working on involves changing some shortcuts and adding new ones.
Following the new interface, the buttons got redesigned, and additionally Catalog and Forward action option added to quickly forward the business profile to the other WhatsApp account.
