February 2021 security update rolling out for Huawei Enjoy 20 5G smartphones
Huawei has started sending a new software update for Enjoy 20 5G users that install the security patch released in February 2021. This update improves system security by fixing different levels of exploits and issues.
New Version: Huawei Enjoy 20 5G smartphone grabbing EMUI 10 version 10.1.1.169 upgraded from 10.1.1.168.
About Enjoy 20 5G smartphone: In September 2020, Huawei revealed the two low-end smartphones with 5G capabilities, Enjoy 20 and 20 Plus. They were powered by MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, EMUI 10.1, and more.
Aside from this, last week, Huawei Enjoy 10e along with Nova 5i and Nova 7 received the February 2021 security improvements for improved system security.

Before you upgrade:
- We recommend you take a backup of your important data
- Use a stable connection to download the update package
- Do not forcefully turn off the phone, once the installation is started
What’s new in this update:
Security: Integrates the Android security patch released in February 2021.
February 2021 Security Patch Details: February 2021 security patch fixes 2 critical and 26 high levels, and 77 medium levels of CVEs for improved system security.
HOW TO INSTALL:
To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop-up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.
Alternatively, you can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
