According to a tipster from Weibo, Huawei has postponed the launch of 2021 MateBook laptops from January 13 to a possible date of January 17. However, and an official confirmation is yet to come. (via – Weibo)

Today, Huawei has officially revealed the launch date of the upcoming laptop, Huawei MateBook X and X Pro 2021, which is scheduled for January 13. According to the information, Huawei will improvement to these MateBook with the inclusion of 11th Gen Intel processors as well as new graphics cards for better performance.
Huawei MateBook X equipped with Intel’s latest i7-1160G7 processor, which has 7W-15W power consumption, 4 cores, and 8 threads, and a turbo frequency of up to 4.4GHz. It will have a significant improvement in power consumption and performance over the 14nm i7-10510U.
On the other hand, Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021 may not have many changes on the design side, and internal specs will be powered by the 11th Intel chipsets + MX450 graphics.
Moreover, it’s expected that Huawei will also launch the PC version of its AppGallery, Huawei browser, and more applications to collaborate better with the Huawei ecosystem and expand the number of applications for its notebook devices.
