New update for Huawei P40 lite brings video playback and system improvements

Last month, Huawei sent April 2020 security patch for Huawei P40 Lite users. Now there’s a new update for the device that brings improvements to its video playback feature and more.

Huawei P40 lite in Europe receiving a new EMUI update that improves video playback and system stability. This update also installs the April security patch.

Huawei P40 Lite Update ChangeLog:

Multimedia: Improves video playback.

System: Improves system stability.

Security: Integrates Android security patches released in April 2020 for improved system security.

April 2020 security update includes patches from Google and brings fixes to 5 critical, 12 high, and 1 medium level of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).

VERSIONS:

This update for Huawei P40 lite comes with EMUI version 10.0.1.167 and has a package size of 389MB.
