Huawei launches AI Speaker 2 with built-in battery and one touch audio transmission

At the launch conference of Huawei Nova 7 series, Huawei also introduced a new speaker product – Huawei AI Speaker 2. This new AI Speaker comes with a new design that looks very similar to the Huawei Sound X but it has the new touch-sensitive button interface for one-touch audio transmission.

Also, the Huawei AI Speaker 2 is the first Huawei smart speaker with built-in battery. So it allows portability and can be taken anywhere with the user.

The battery capacity of AI Speaker 2 is 3900mAh with 24W charging and can withstand for up to 5 hours of playback on default volume and 10 hours on standby.

Huawei AI Speaker 2 equips a 10W full-range speaker and two bass units for sound enhancements. It has 4 microphone array, which collects audio within a radius of 5 meters, 360-degree horizontally, and 180-degree vertically.

Combined with Huawei AI Life app and HiLink ecosystem, this new sound device can control all of your smart and IoT devices via voice commands (limited).

Huawei AI Speaker 2 comes in White and Black color, priced at 299 ($42) for regular and 399 yuan ($56) for battery version. The pre-order of Huawei AI Speaker 2 will start on May 19 and sell on June 1 in China.
