Huawei today opened the Watch D2 wearable for pre-sale in China. The company also shared a video teaser, showing the key specs and design of the second-gen blood pressure monitoring smartwatch. The device hypes new aesthetics this time.

The Chinese phone maker already launched Watch D2 in global markets in September. Now, it is bringing the dynamic wearable to its home ground consumers.

Watch D2 is now available for pre-sale in China via the Huawei Mall. The company shared a giant poster on Weibo hyping the pre-sale details. It reads:

“More comprehensive, lighter, and more stylish. #HuaweiWATCH# D2 wrist dynamic blood pressure recorder, new product pre-sale is now open. Please pay attention to the Huawei Mate brand ceremony on November 26.”

Huawei Watch D2 is priced at 2988 yuan. Although you will get a 100 yuan discount on the wearable in this pre-sale. The device is available in two colors: Phantom Night Black (Fluororubber Strap) and Morning Gold White (Composite Leather Strap).

The device comes in 48 x 38 x 13.3mm dimensions and 130-210mm wrist size. It weighs 40 grams without the strap and equips a 1.82-inch AMOLED display. The screen has a resolution of 480 x 408 pixels and 347 PPI.

It comes with an IP68 rating and has a rotating crown, feature, and a dedicated ECG button. The wearable supports 6-day battery life with wireless charging support.

Watch D2 has two special and significant features: accurate ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and one-tap Health Glance. It is the world’s first smartwatch to offer medical standard 24-hour dynamic blood pressure monitoring.

The device also has an ECG button to check electrocardiograms and ensure precise details collection. It can also examine heart rate, and stress level, as well as provide multiple health assessments in just one click.
