Huawei Mate 70 series is set to launch on November 26
Huawei has officially confirmed the Mate 70 series launch on November 26. This new flagship smartphone will feature new hardware and software technologies.
Yu Chengdong, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consumer BG, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Intelligent Automotive Solution BU made this announcement official using the device.
The Huawei Mate 70 series conference will start on November 27 at 2:30 pm in China. The event will be broadcast online via the Huawei China website and other platforms.
The promotional image says the “Huawei Mate Brand Ceremony” with a new dark golden sphere and golden particles illuminating around it.
This could reflect the upcoming ceramic material rumored for the top-end models. However, we’ll verify these claims as we move toward the launch in one week.
Earlier today, the company shared a teaser image for the Huawei Mate 70 and revealed its rear design. The device has a huge camera bump consisting of four lenses. It also has a new back texture improvement compared to the previous models.
The series consists of four models – Mate 70, Mate 70 Pro, Mate 70 Pro+ and Ultimate Design. The Pro could equip a 1.5K resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The company could maintain the quad curve screen on high model models, while the standard model will continue to flat screen.
The phone will also support improved front cameras with facial recognition features. It will have an optimized XMAGE rear camera with variable aperture technology and periscope telephoto to take distance shots.
The battery section could leap forward to a large capacity but the actual numbers are unknown. Meanwhile, you will see these devices running the latest HarmonyOS version out of the box.
Unlike the Mate 60 series, Huawei is organizing a launch event for the Huawei Mate 70 series, which is a big progress for the Chinese tech giant to improve its market appearance.
