FixedFocus has simply posted a date on its Weibo account – November 18. The leak doesn’t reveal any significant details. But following the date, some netizens predicted that Huawei would share the first teaser of the Mate 70 series next week.

The Chinese tech giant started a distinct launch trend with the Mate 60 last year – the Pioneer Program. Under this scheme, the company directly puts a device on the retail shelves, offering users the chance to buy and experience it in advance.

Although it seems the company could change its strategy with the Mate 70 this year. As per Huawei’s senior executive – Yu Chengdong, the new Mate lineup will appear in a grand press conference alongside several other interesting devices.
