Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design key specs surfaced online revealing the display, chip, and charging info. The leak also reveals a few interesting and useful capabilities of the upcoming smartphone. Let’s explore these new details one by one.
@DigitalChatStation shared the major specs of the Honor Magic 7 RSR Porche Design. Even though the tipster didn’t mention the device, a few specs hint that it is a new variant of the Magic 7 smartphone lineup.
Starting with the display, the device will likely sport a 6.8-inch LTPO quad-curved screen. This panel will support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Just like the Pro variant, the Magic 7 RSR model will have a 3D ToF facial recognition setup on the front side with a 50MP selfie shooter. The rear panel will showcase a triple camera module with a 50MP primary shooter containing OIS capabilities.
The main camera lens could be an OV50K sensor (1/1.3-inch) paired with a variable aperture. Further inputs count a 50MP ultrawide-angle snapper as well as a 200MP periscope camera with 3x optical zoom and upgraded telephoto functionalities.
Speaking of the chipset, it will bring the same Snapdragon 8 Elite as its siblings. The device recently received the MIIT certificate with dual satellite communication support. It will feature IP68 and IP69 ratings, showing dust/water resistance.
For charging, the device may feature 100W superfast wired charging and 80W wireless charging. It will also use an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for more secure unlocking scenarios.
Honor has already unveiled the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design at a recent launch event. Although the device will go official next month. It may bring more new changes alongside the bright Purple and Black shades.
