Huawei Smart TV S5 Pro office mode

Huawei is rolling out a huge feature update for the Smart TV S5 Pro users with a new office mode. The firmware also carries improvements to the camera, display section, system stability, as well as a new security patch for a bug-free experience.

Office Mode is a significant addition to the update. It ensures that users can talk efficiently via video conferencing. The feature also offers minimal response delay for the screen projection and provides seamless functioning throughout the usage.

The company is rolling out the new office mode to Huawei Smart TV S5 Pro with the HarmonyOS 4.2.0.160 version. It will soon show up on your device.

Another interesting add-on in the changelog is the wireless gun feature. A Smart TV S5 Pro user can connect its large screen device to a gun for gaming and educational purposes. Although you need to purchase the gun separately from the VMall.

Users will find enhancements to the in-built camera performance, stability, and the October 2024 security patch. These changes will enhance the overall experience.

Home Screen

Huawei Cloud Conference

Wireless pointing gun

  • Added a new wireless pointing gun that can be used with a wireless remote control to enjoy immersive gun battles, educational puzzles, and gaming experiences. (Purchase the gun separately from VMall)

Power on/off

  • Adjusted the default focus of the shutdown menu from “Screen off” to “Power off”.

Home Camera

  • Optimized the display effect of the camera on the screen with clearer portraits and more comfortable skin tones.

System

  • Optimized the system stability in some scenarios.

Security

  • Integrates the October 2024 security patch to enhance system security.
