Huawei reveals Kirin 9000W chipset with global MatePad Pro 13.2 tablet
Huawei has once again silently listed a curious Kirin 9000W chipset on its official website. The chip falls under the specs of the newly launched Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 tablet and is mainly showing up in the overseas variant.
According to the official Huawei website, Kirin 9000W is an octa-core chipset. Besides, the processor has been spotted in global channels like Malaysia, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. However, the company has not detailed the new addition yet.
On the other hand, the tech giant has not defined the processor name for the MatePad Pro 13.2 Chinese version. Some inputs suggest that the tablet runs on Kirin 9000s which has shown up with Mate 60 Pro, Mate X5, and other premium models.
It is worth mentioning that Huawei has stopped promoting the chipset part for its devices. Mostly, netizens and tipsters found the details about the chipset implementation via third-party software. Perhaps, the company is playing this move to shield its progress from eyeing trade controls.
Major details and specifics regarding the Kirin 9000W are still under the hood. Yet, we expect that the company will soon add more information on the global MatePad Pro 13.2 website. By that time, we need to keep patience.
