More than 400 partners began HarmonyOS native app development: Huawei

Huawei HarmonyOS NEXT development is taking steps forward and till now, more than 400 partners have joined the HarmonyOS native app development batch. Several Chinese firms have started the evolution of a new experience for users.

Huawei recently attended the Open Source Industry Ecology Conference. During the event, the President of Huawei Devices Business Group Software department – Gong Ti said that over 400 partners started the HarmonyOS native app development.

Besides, he cited that the open-source HarmonyOS community has around 6200 co-builders with 43 new product releases. These products cover many sectors such as finance, education, transportation, government affairs, and more.

Huawei is actively collaborating with a variety of leading companies these days. The recent one includes MiHoYo – a well-known game developer and publisher. Meanwhile, NetEase announced that games such as Identity V, Guangyu, and Dream Journey to the West will be available in HarmonyOS versions.

Moreover, the Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO – Yu Chengdong said that the company will launch HarmonyOS NEXT products in 2024. Everything combined, preparations for a new ecosystem are going on in full swing.

The Chinese tech maker is constantly focusing on extending the HarmonyOS ecosystem with new partners and advanced capabilities. These significant moves by the company will lead to a smarter, safer, and more durable experience for users.
